All network designs are not created equal! Digicom is committed to providing quality & efficient designs for voice & data networking and interconnection products. Our partnerships include many quality manufactures,such as; SYSTIMAX SOLUTIONS,ORTRONICS/BERK-TEK, ADC/KRONE, AVAYA, SIEMON COMPANY, and LEVITON. (partial listing). This partnership allows us to get you the best product for your network structure, and provides our clients the technical support that they need to keep their installation current.

DIGICOM offers installation services from several equipment manufactures. Equipment installation services are quoted independently of cabling work and will be installed by factory trained technicians.

NETWORK MAINTENANCE

Digicom offers maintenance contracts for all projects and products we provide. Each maintenance contract must be negotiated separately due to the various network designs, facility structure, and location.

Our on-site installation hours are from 7:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M., Monday through Friday. Non-business or overtime hours are available for nights and/or weekends with advance notice. Projects are typically quoted within a contract price.

Our daily service area includes all of Southern California, with extended projects covering the continental United States. Frequently our installations require travel to a remote site and related expenses will be billed accordingly.

A cost effective and fully integrated modular solution that handles voice/data/video & building management systems by utilizing unshielded twisted pair wire (UTP), and/or fiber optics. Warranties on AVAYA Systimax SCS installations are available for fifteen and twenty years.
